Before You Return

We want you to be happy with your FIKAFUR order. If something is not right, please contact us at support@fikafur.com before sending anything back.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, clean, and in its original condition and packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase when contacting us.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used hygiene-related items may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers in Sweden and the European Union have a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, unless an exception applies.

To use your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@fikafur.com within the withdrawal period. You do not need to give a reason.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fikafur.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help you with a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide return instructions.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, or where required by applicable consumer law.

International Orders

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility and are not refunded by FIKAFUR.
